Eeeek! Just emailed my landlord about purchasing the cottage we're renting in Queen Anne! Very nervous to see what she'll say back, especially since I'm not in a place for traditional financing right now. With very little money saved, I've asked her to consider a lease-option or seller finance, since the odds of me getting approved by a bank right now are pretty slim (they aren't approving anyone, from what I hear).
The house is adorable though, built in 1906 and has a walk score of 95! Perfect for me since I sold my car before moving here from Orange County. I've thrown in some pictures of it below for those of you who've been bugging me to show you what it looks like.
Well, the odds of her actually selling are probably pretty small, but nothing ventured, nothing gained, right? Cross your fingers for me! It'd be great to finally put all my HGTV viewing to work!
